What is SmixAI?

SmixAI connects to your business systems, finds waste and risk, recommends fixes, and measures the savings.

Overview

SmixAI is the AI Operating System for your organization. It securely connects to the systems you already use (starting with Salesforce), reads their configuration and usage (not your customer data), and shows you where money, time, and risk are hiding β€” then helps you fix it and proves the value.

The whole product follows one loop:

Connect β†’ Scan β†’ Discover β†’ Recommend β†’ Act β†’ Measure.

  1. Connect a system (e.g. your Salesforce org).
  2. Scan it to inventory every object and configuration component.
  3. Discover inefficiencies, cost-recovery opportunities, and risks β€” each finding backed by evidence.
  4. Recommend a concrete fix for each finding, with an estimated ROI.
  5. Act β€” accept a recommendation and deploy a fix to the right runtime.
  6. Measure the value captured over time on your dashboard.

Key concepts

  • Finding β€” a discovered inefficiency or risk (e.g. "12 unused user licenses").
  • Recommendation β€” the suggested fix for a finding, with an estimated dollar value.
  • Agent β€” an automated fix that SmixAI can deploy on your behalf.
  • Org health β€” an A–F grade summarizing your open findings by severity.
